Retry operation

Sometimes, failures are transient in nature and just a retry operation may eliminate the problem. Application developers must incorporate the retry logic while building hybrid cloud applications. A retry operation must be done using either the exponential back off or a Fibonacci sequence for some amount of time, before throwing an exception. However, in the event of genuine failures, it is essential that the application should report the failure and fail faster, rather than trying infinitely. Hence, a reasonable amount of timeout must be determined for the retry operation.
