Introduction

Since the advent of the Agile paradigm, traditional project management is often interpreted as a waterfall approach to projects. The popular discussion on this subject is mainly about the differences between these two models. Many subject matter experts have correctly noted however that Agile (taking into account every single Agile approach on the market) is not a project management method.
