Chapter 14. Maintaining Analyst Models
In this chapter, we will explain how Analyst macros can be created and used to automate common tasks, such as importing and exporting data. We show how these macros can be scheduled so that the update process can be completely automated. Additionally, we will explain how the Analyst administrator can manage user access to Analyst models by adding users, groups, or roles and assigning them rights to the libraries. Finally, we will briefly explain how to create flowcharts in Manager to illustrate the model data flow, and how to build custom menu screens so that users can easily navigate around the model.
