So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The previous section explained aspects of WS-security and the use of SAML. The
transport-level security between nodes connected by TCP/IP is also important. This requires
the setup of SSL/TLS.
Without the use of SAML tokens, two actors are involved in the Web Services traffic: the
requester (client) and the server hosting the web service (SOAP gateway). With SAML, there
is a third actor: the security service (identity provider). All three must be able to communicate
in a secure way
