Hints and tips
This chapter provides you hints and tips for the IBM Linear Tape File System Enterprise Edition (LTFS EE). We cover various aspects about General Parallel File System (GPFS), reuse of tape cartridges, scheduling, and disaster recovery. Some aspects might overlap with functions that are described in Chapter 7, “Operations” on page 115 and Chapter 10, “Troubleshooting” on page 201/ However, we believe it is important to list them here under the context for hints and tips.
