21.Use the administrative options to create a new page and deploy the portlet.
For example, select Portal User Interface and then click Manage Pages.

30.From Edit Layout panel, click Add portlets.
31.Search for the portlet. For example, enter frag and click Search button.
32.Check FragmentationTest portlet and then click OK.

34.Verify that the portlet displays a large amount of html content.

35.Open the WAP phone emulator.
36.Right-click on the phone and select Open URL.
37.Enter your WEA server URL and then click Options… link. Click Login and
enter user ID and password.

38.After logging in, click the Options button and find the created page with name
Transcoding.
39.Click Pages.
40.Scroll down until indicator reaches to the bottom.
41.Click Option button.
Note: You may need to use the Continue option.

42.Keep clicking Continue… until you can see Transcoding page. Click
Transcoding. Click Go…
