Server Time Protocol Setup
Server Time Protocol (STP) introduces a concept called a Coordinated Timing Network (CTN). A CTN is a collection of servers and Coupling Facilities that are time-synchronized to a time value called Coordinated Server Time (CST).
A CTN can be configured in these ways:
•An STP-only CTN that does not require a Sysplex Timer.
