Omar Jabara and I first met in our early days on a U.S. Senate campaign in the late ‘90s and have been good friends ever since. For nearly 15 years he served as the head of corporate communications for the largest producer of gold in the world. Every time I talk to Omar, I’m reminded that there is probably no better example of how the art of story creates value — real monetary value — than gold.
