So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As I’ve said many times before in my books, “If it works in one place, it’s likely to show up in another.” In this case, five popular time-saving (and headache-preventing) apps have crossed over from the world of iOS devices — the iPhone and iPad— and have securely landed on your Mojave Desktop. These apps are Reminders, Notes, Notification Center, Maps, and News, all taken from the iOS world.
That’s not the only good news, though: These five Mac applications work seamlessly with an iCloud account.
