cells (DC, right panel) can take many internal states like the intermediate state,
INTERNALISED, preceding the state PRESENTING-2 and following the phagocytosis
of the antigen. The INTERNALISED is an intermediate state that is quickly changed
in a time step equivalent to 6–8 hours; this is the reason why the plot does not show
any cell in this state.
