Validating 5G with IoT
In this chapter, we will provide an overview of the newest cellular technology, called 5G or 5G New Radio (NR), which has been deployed primarily in the US, China, Japan, and South Korea with 198 commercial 5G networks launched globally as of May 2022 [Global System for Mobile Communications (GSMA), May 2022].
