Learners are smart enough to know whether you’re looking out for their interests or simply going through the motions. One of the greatest gifts you can impart to learners is the power to continuously improve the way they learn for the rest of their lives. Learning itself is a skill. It can be examined, practiced, and improved. Fewer things can leverage the time, professionalism, and enjoyment of knowledge workers more than helping them learn how to learn better.
