Communication must never stop. At this stage, it is important to communicate results. What has happened to date? How does this compare with what was expected? What are e-learners, trainers, managers, and all the stakeholders saying about their initial experience—both the good and the bad?

Obviously, hearing positive messages reinforces the new performance. But, being truthful will build lasting trust with you, the learners, and the stakeholders. After all, it’s unlikely that your implementation proceeded without a hitch and that everyone is happy. And, you know what? Everyone knows that.
