Creating users inside API platform

With the cloud management services built, navigating to the home page of your Oracle cloud (My Services) and a dashboard something like the following screen will be visible where the different cloud services are displayed.

Before starting the following steps, it should be noted that if the cloud account created supports the use of IDCS then it is recommended that users be configured within IDCS rather than using the following steps. For IDCS users the following maybe of interest to understand the art of the possible.
