e goal of this phase is to congure the baseline system using the Business Blueprint. For this,
the business processes are divided into cycles of related business processes. e SAP team under-
goes Level 3 training. e baseline system prepared here is the basis for the production system. e
system is presented to a team of power users who also undergo requisite training in their respective
areas of operations; the baseline system is ne-tuned by the validation done by the power users by
employing an iterative approach.
