The first thing I wanted to do when I joined a company a couple of years ago was to observe the teams and get an idea of how they worked. The Scrum framework had been implemented, so I sat in on all the related meetings—the daily stand-up, the sprint review, the sprint planning, and, of course, the retrospectives.
