For this final chapter, I asked modern sales expert and sales futurist Derek Wyszynski to take the reins. While I do have my own opinions on what the future holds for the sales profession, I thought it would more valuable for you to hear an outside perspective. YEAR: 2037
On August 27, 2037, 600 feet above the corner of Avenida Juan Ponce de Leon and Avenue De Diego, Pat's eyes burst opened as the entire known universe was instantly filled with the sound of music.
Rolling out of a canvas hammock, purchased on Prime Day 2035 for $1,359.00, Pat hit the floor. It was 7:00 a.m. and the soundtrack from that 72-year-old movie played in Pat's aural implants—Julie Andrews's soaring rendition of “The Hills Are Alive” from Pat's personal cloud storage repository.
