5The Inclusive Leader Scorecard
The Inclusive Leader Scorecard (Figure 5.1) is a diagnostic tool with practical applications and solutions. It addresses challenges and answers the key questions leaders are faced with, whether you're in the initial discovery phase of your inclusion journey or an advanced practitioner of inclusion, by providing a framework with practical guidance and actionable advice. The framework focuses on the four quadrants of Self, Team, Culture, and Brand. Each quadrant is segmented into a further 3 dimensions providing a total of 12 dimensions. Leaders finally have a clearly structured way forward that describes the “how” and “what” they need to do to make DEIB a reality (Table 5.1).

It only takes three minutes to complete and provides you with an immediate snapshot of how you measure up against the 12 behaviors described in Table 5.1. These 12 behaviors each has its own chapter in this section of the book. As you take action and evolve, you may want to take the diagnostic again so you can measure your progress.
