Cyber security in industrial automation
Abstract
Security is a key consideration in the design and implementation of the process control systems due to the risk of vulnerabilities in the systems. The topic covers the security aspects from the network and personal computer perspectives. The key design and engineering considerations to be adopted for the secure system are discussed. Some of the key trouble shooting techniques and case studies are discussed for a better appreciation for the reader on the security of industrial automation.
