First define Improvements to your internal Product Information process and
implement it in a controlled way to record the results to study the impact of
the Improvements.
The goal of this Improvement is to ensure your internal and external Customers
clearly understand what they need to know to apply your Information about your
Products and Materials. After a successful trial internally, turn to two or three
of your Suppliers and help them implement this in a controlled way to test it
for their own Demand.
