If your organization is in a competitive market, you will want to ensure
that your products or services are presented in the best way, without bias or
overpromising.

reputable and can be trusted. You must earn their trust, first with your stated
Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy, and Security features. You must retain their trust
through the behavior with which you treat them.
