Identify the Information Value Circle (TIQM P2.3)
In order to understand process capability, you must understand the processes
that make up the Information Value Circle that creates Documents and other
types of Textual Information. Document this Value Circle using a Value Circle
format, Value/Cost Chain

Determine the Information Process to Assess (TIQM P2.4)
The process to assess is that process which captures the data in the Data Capture
