The total number of the top 20 over-vote combinations resulted in 69,960 ballot
disqualifications (disenfranchised voters) in the state of Florida alone.
BROKEN ELECTIONS PROCESSES DISENFRANCHISE MILLIONS OF VOTERS
Four to six million U.S. voters lost their Presidential votes because of over-voting
(voting for two or more candidates) or under-voting (not recording a vote, failed
chad penetration, or too light pencil marks) or other process failures. This number
of disenfranchised Voters was more than all voters who voted in Florida that year!
