VTS Pilot system architecture and interface

This section describes TSRI's modernization effort of the VTS modernized system's architecture and how TSRI preserved interfaces between the modernized VTS and the external systems with which it interfaces.

The next section describes the method by which interfaces were preserved, thus allowing interoperability of the modernized system and any external systems. Following that, the section System Architecture describes the modernized system's architecture. This architecture provides significant scalability benefits.
