Project Team Organization
The overall project management was in the hands of Delta Lloyd Deutschland GmbH, specifically in the hands of the Chief Information Officer. Based on an overall project plan, specific deliverables were contracted out to external partners; in particular, Oracle Consulting was responsible for the following project deliverables:
