Writing a book is both exhilarating and exhausting. You learn so much from the experience and from the many individuals who help bring your ideas to life. I would first like to acknowledge and thank my coauthors, Nathan Furr and Curtis Lefrandt. Nathan and I have now written two books and several articles together, including three Harvard Business Review pieces. I enjoy working with Nathan because he has great ideas and also because he just gets the work done. We are great friends and have a profound mutual respect.
