Even though we might soon be a one-billion-dollar company, I still look at Logitech as being a small company, made up of business units, each of them having to survive in this world. Each of them acts or should act like a start-up. In a start-up, the reason to be is only to innovate; so, for us, innovation - and I would even extrapolate for many companies nowadays - is the way to survive.
