What the Scores Mean
InnoQ™ score: This is the aggregate score, combining scores across all employees, across all four questions for each of the 11 dimensions. This score indicates overall how innovation ready the organization is across all 11 dimensions.
Actual innovation: This comes from a separate set of six questions that employees answer pertaining to the actual innovation they have seen at their company—these questions pertain to items such as number of innovative ideas, products and initiatives, and historic innovation by the company and reputation.
