About the Writer
RICHARD LUECKE is the writer of several other books in the Harvard Business Essentials series. Based in Salem, Massachusetts, Mr. Luecke has authored or developed more than thirty books and dozens of articles on a wide range of business subjects, including ScuttleYour Ships Before Advancing (Oxford University Press, 1994) and The eBay Phenomenon (John Wiley & Sons, 2000). He has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
