The HATCHEDIT command lets you modify hatch patterns or replace an existing pattern with a different one. Hatch objects drawn as associative hatch objects (the default type) automatically adjust to modifications in the boundary that defines them.
Tip
In AutoCAD 2002, the Object Property Manager provides a comprehensive interface to all adjustable settings of an associative hatch pattern and can be accessed easily through the grip; right-click menu under Properties.
