Creating Users
The process for creating users is very different for Windows 2000 than it is for Windows NT 4.0. Instead of using the User Manager for Domains, you now have a new tool called the Active Directory Users and Computers tool. Although the process might be different, the special Terminal Server–specific properties available are much the same.
