Performance Testing

Planning and prototyping are critical for successful Terminal Server deployment. Because any Terminal Server's main purpose is to run Windows applications, the focus for performance testing should be on the applications that you intend to run. As part of planning and prototyping, you need to first determine what problems, if any, your application might have with Terminal Server.

After the application has been installed and any issues worked out, you need to test for acceptable performance. In the following sections, you will learn how to do this.
