Reports

If you send a message with a read and/or delivery receipt, it is reasonable to expect that you will receive some sort of notification that the message has been read and/or delivered. These notifications come in the form of e-mail messages that are delivered to your mailbox, and are better known as reports. Although a report is functionally a message, the ItemClass property of a report does not follow the IPM.Note prefix pattern that you have seen throughout the book. The ItemClass values and the applicable report types are presented in Table 7-6.
