When you make an Exchange Web Services request to access a given mailbox, that mailbox by default opens in the language of the Exchange CAS. This may or may not be what you want to do. The language used to open the mailbox governs how certain message properties are emitted, such as To, From, and Subject prefix, as well as the language in which error messages are returned within responses.
