Registering a Meeting Response

When an attendee receives a meeting request, it serves as an invitation for the attendee to register a response. Attendees do this by selecting one of the registration response options that are available on a meeting request. In Exchange Web Services, an attendee registers a response by creating a response object that represents a registration choice (either accepting, tentatively accepting, or declining the meeting).
