Cancelling Meetings

Meeting cancellations are sent to each attendee when either

  1. The attendee has been removed from the attendee collections of the organizer’s meeting item, or

  2. The organizer has deleted the meeting item

We have already illustrated how an attendee is removed in the section titled Removing Attendees from a Meeting, so we shall talk about the other method of sending meeting cancellations, and that is when the organizer deletes the meeting item. Then we will talk about meeting cancellations in more detail.
