Working with Suggestions

When you provide a SuggestionsViewOptions element in your GetUserAvailabilityRequest, Exchange Web Services compiles all attendees’ free/busy information and assembles a list of potential meeting times ranked in quality order from best (Excellent) to worst (Poor). You can use these suggestion times to determine a meeting time that works well for many or all attendees.

A suggestion includes a suggestion time and a quality level, as well as a flag indicating if the suggestion time is within the organizer’s working hours. A suggestion also includes information about any conflicts that attendees may have with the suggestion time.
