We hope you've learned several new things to do with Photoshop's native filters that you didn't know before. I particularly like the upscaling trick and the Displace filter steps, but you be the judge; when you need these techniques, the knowledge you've gained in this chapter will help you use them.

An estimated 300+ filters were available in 1995, and Heaven knows how many there are now.
