Creating Reflected Hands

The bubble in the image (you can find strange things in the woods, even a giant soap bubble) presents some disturbing highlights and nasty spots. Now you'll remove them all and, in the process, create a mirror image of the hands in the bubble:

1.	Right-click (Macintosh: hold Ctrl and click) on the Background layer, and choose Duplicate layer. Name this duplicate layer Lower Background, and click on OK. It's always wise to leave the original Background layer intact and perform any work on a duplicate copy.
