Adding a Glowing Burst to the Bubble

Ready for the final touch? Now we'll add some glow at the top of the bubble:

Creating a Highlight

1.	Alt(Opt)+click on the Create a new layer icon at the bottom of the Layers palette. Name the new layer Glow, and drag this layer to the top of the Layers palette (so it is above the other layers).
2.	Choose the Elliptical Marquee tool from the toolbox. Hold down the Shift key to constrain the Ellipse to a perfect circle, and make a very small circle at the top of the bubble (see Figure 10.17 for the size and exact location). Hold down the spacebar, and drag (while creating the circle) if you need to reposition the circle to the correct position. Figure 10.17. Create a small elliptical selection.
