Adding Decorative Elements and Text to Create a Greeting Card

You can add a few more items to this image to finish it off. To help that festive party mood, a few balloons couldn't hurt. And if you keep in mind the original goal of sending this image to the participants as a keepsake and a Thank You note, you'll need text with a catchy headline to pull it all together.

Finding Third-Party Text and Objects

Balloons and text are provided in separate files on the companion CD to help finish the project. The file containing balloons has several layers to choose from. You'll add only two of them in the next exercise, but if you want to experiment with creating your own arrangement, please don't hesitate.
