The Garage Sale Sign Makeover

I drove out the other day with my camera (I used a car—the camera was an add-on) and took about a half-dozen pictures of garage sale signs. The worst offender in the typographics/sales arena is featured in Figure 20.1. You'll notice I've added some numbered callouts to the sign; I'll explain them after you take a look at the figure.
