Working with Build Queues and History
Congratulations, you’ve now created your first build definition. Once you have a build definition you can use Team Build clients such as Visual Studio Team System or the TfsBuild. exe command line to queue builds and work with the build queues and history.
Visual Studio Team System
Developers spend the majority of their time in Visual Studio so it is logical to be able to work with builds from there. Team Explorer is the entry point to Team System functionality within Visual Studio Team System, and Team Build is no exception to this. The Builds node within a Team Project allows build administrators and developers to queue builds, and view and manage build queues and individual builds.
