TIME AFTER TIME, A NEW PRODUCT FAILS BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS’ REAL NEEDS UNTIL THEY EXPERIENCE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT, AT WHICH POINT YOU MIGHT DISCOVER THAT THERE ISN’T A FIT.
