Basic Procedures
To Open an existing file, click File > Open (or CTRL+O) You can also click the File folder icon in the main toolbar.
The open dialog box displays. Navigate to find the file, select it, then click OK. Note that when you select the file, its attributes display. You can Shift+click to select a range of files or CTRL+click to select multiple files to open.
You can choose to search by a specific file type by selecting from the Files of Type list first.
