One thing guaranteed to scupper any get-gorgeous plan is PMS. Loathed by women and feared by men, PMS has become synonymous with big pants, the biscuit tin and a really, really bad mood.
As everyone knows, emotions and looks often go hand in hand. The fat, ugly and downright miserable days we experience monthly are a prime example. But rather than turning into Cruella DeVil, try tweaking your diet, taking some exercise, experimenting with relaxation techniques and treating yourself nicely. You’ll feel better and so everyone around you will benefit too.
