Abstract:

There are many types of audiences who require training, as covered in Chapter 1. Once you’ve identified your audience, take some time to learn about their specific characteristics; the more you know about your audience, the more equipped you’ll be to customize and deliver an effective training session. This chapter provides information about some of the most common types of learners you will see in your library.
