TALENT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL MACRO SCORECARDS

INTRODUCTION

This case study provides a look at how an international bank set up a learning and development (L&D) functional macro scorecard to track training programs throughout their organization. A system was established, used, and maintained to see, on any given day, how much training was being provided and how effective the L&D programs were in meeting individual as well as organizational quality drivers.
