INTRODUCTION
This case study demonstrates how a career development program can engage and retain high-potential emerging leaders and be measured for impact. The program described in this study was strategically aligned with business needs and critical to driving culture transformation at a Fortune 500 company. It provides an example of how the needs assessment, program design, and evaluation methods—including pre- and post-program surveys and follow- up coaching conversations—can be utilized to measure behavior change on the job.
