PRE-LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: FEEDING THE PIPELINE WITH EMERGING LEADERS
INTRODUCTION
This case study describes a talent management solution designed to build the capability of emerging leaders and prepare them for future leadership roles. The program includes a two-and-a-half-day retreat and two coaching sessions for 12 participants in five regions. Utilizing the ROI Methodology™, the program was evaluated for reaction/satisfaction (Level 1), learning (Level 2) and behavior/application (Level 3) (Phillips, 2003).
